Delete your TopMaj Fashion account

TopMaj Fashion is provided by TopMaj Ai LLC. You can request deletion from the app or contact us without reinstalling the app.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open your Profile and find the Delete account section.
3. Type DELETE and confirm the permanent deletion warning.

This is permanent. Save any creations you want to keep before confirming.

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@topmaj.ai with the subject “TopMaj Fashion account deletion” from the email address associated with your account. Tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not send your password. We may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

Data deleted and retained

Account deletion removes your TopMaj login account, profile, settings, stored uploads and creations, conversations, and account-linked records from our active application database and image storage. The in-app deletion process has no scheduled waiting period: these removals are performed when the deletion request is successfully completed.

Deleting your TopMaj account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account settings. Apple, Google, and our subscription service provider RevenueCat may retain purchase records and other records under their own policies. Deletion from our active app database does not set the retention periods for those separate providers or their backups and security logs.
